Definitions

When you order, you will select the Plans or Services tier. Payment is required in full (or as specified) before we begin delivering the product.
Delivery generally occurs electronically (e.g. via download) unless otherwise specified.
It is your responsibility to ensure the Plans and Products are suitable for your site—this includes hiring a licensed surveyor or engineer if required by local authority

The Plans are “permit-ready” assuming proper site placement, compliance with local building codes, zoning, setback, and other municipal regulations. You are responsible for verifying that the Plan you choose, when installed, meets all applicable laws, codes, or regulations in your municipality.
We do not guarantee issuance of a permit, or that local authorities will accept the Plans unchanged. It is your obligation to work with your local permitting office, and if required, to commission modifications by a licensed professional.

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plans for your own personal, non-commercial building or construction project.
You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or otherwise transfer the Plans or any part thereof to third parties, except as needed by your contractor, architect, engineer, or local permitting authority.
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the Plans and content on the Website remain with us (or licensors, as applicable).

Due to the nature of digital goods (plans, PDFs, etc.), refunds may be limited once delivery begins or once you download the product.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must contact us within your order number and explanation.

No Warranty: The Plans are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee they are error-free, perfectly accurate, or compliant with every local code.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Plans, or your use of them (or inability to use), shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Plans.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits, delays, or denial of permit) even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
